Setup
One item per line. Changes show up for every shift lead as soon as you save.
Mid shift: every day
Must be done every mid shift.
Evening shift: every day
Must be done every evening shift.
If there’s time
Extra jobs either shift can pick up on a slow day.
Incident types
Choices shown when logging an incident.
Shift leads
Names that can be picked as a shift’s lead.
Team members
Suggested names for shoutouts and incidents (anyone can still be typed in).
Managers
One email per line, all lowercase. Managers can edit daily updates and see every shoutout and incident. Owner emails in the code are always managers.
Who can sign in
One email per line, all lowercase. Shift leads and the shop tablet go here. Each person also needs a login created in Firebase. Managers don’t need to be listed again.
Usual weekly schedule
Who normally leads each shift. A shift lead can change it for any single day.
