POP-UP your own storefront for the DaY At Half Price!
We love our Connect Business Center as a way to support fellow business owners and charitable organizations and are offering a limited number of rentals at 50% OFF monthly for this purpose.
Daily, we see 500+ guests arriving from a variety of locations (30% local, 70% outside of the city), of a variety of ages, and for a variety of reasons. When hosting your Pop-Up, we will place your signage or flyers at the register inviting our guests to visit your pop up storefront. You may add more signage to the large street-facing Highland Ave. window and outside the internal and external Connect Business Center doors.
Why not set up in the open community space? While everyone can appreciate walking into a free cup of coffee, a give-away, and a great deal on product, we find our guests most appreciate walking into their community coffee shop and cocktail lounge as a place where they find belonging, comfort, and rest. To protect our community area as a safe, familiar, and comfortable space, we do not allow solicitation of our customers in the common areas. But we will invite them to visit you in the Connect Center.
When booking, please note the purpose for your rental. If Pop-Up Shop, we will invoice you for the discounted amount. Amounts shown on our booking site are our standard rental rates.
